1. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Wadadli Eats (wadadlieats.com) operates as a digital menu directory, QR code generator, and WhatsApp ordering facilitator for food vendors, caterers, food trucks, and restaurants operating within Antigua & Barbuda.
Wadadli Eats is not a food producer, restaurant operator, or delivery service. All food preparation, culinary quality, pricing, ingredient accuracy, hygiene standards, and physical delivery/pickup execution remain the sole responsibility of the respective food establishment.
2. Currency & Pricing Integrity
All menu item prices, daily specials, and order estimates published on Wadadli Eats are denominated in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD / EC$) unless expressly designated otherwise by a licensed international resort.
3. WhatsApp Order Hand-Off & Confirmation
When a diner initiates an order via the "Send Order via WhatsApp" feature, the platform generates a pre-formatted message for transmission through the WhatsApp messaging network to the restaurant's designated phone line.
The transmission of a draft order does not constitute a legally binding transaction until the receiving restaurant reviews the order, confirms ingredient availability, and confirms preparation time directly with the customer.
4. Food Allergies & Dietary Disclaimers
While Wadadli Eats provides dietary badges (such as Ital, Vegan, Halal, Gluten-Free, and Local Catch), food establishments operate independent kitchens. Diners with severe food allergies (including shellfish, peanuts, dairy, or gluten cross-contamination) must communicate directly with the kitchen before placing or consuming food orders.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda. Any disputes arising out of the use of this service shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antigua and Barbuda.
