Wadadli Eats operates with minimal personal data collection:
- For Diners: When building a WhatsApp order draft, customers may optionally enter a first name, table number, and dietary note. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank logins.
- For Restaurant Owners: Business name, email, operating hours, phone numbers, and WhatsApp numbers for digital menu presentation.
2. PWA Zero-PII Offline Caching Policy
In strict adherence to client-side data privacy, our Progressive Web App (PWA) Service Worker is engineered with a strict Zero-PII rule. Private restaurant dashboard data, order communications, and authentication cookies are strictly barred from public browser caches.
3. Third-Party Messaging (WhatsApp)
When you tap "Send Order via WhatsApp", your order text is transferred to WhatsApp Inc. and governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and end-to-end encryption standards.
4. Contact & Data Deletion Requests
Under the Data Protection Act of Antigua and Barbuda, you have the right to request access to or erasure of your business listing data. Inquiries should be sent to privacy@wadadlieats.com.
